Materials:
– 50 gr macaroni, boiled and drained
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 50 gr finely grated carrots
– 1 egg
– 1/4 bell pepper, cut into small cubes
– 2 red chilies, cut into pieces
– 75 gr flour
– 100 ml of liquid milk
– 70 gr grated cheddar cheese
– A little salt and pepper
How to make:
1. Add all ingredients and mix well.
2. Heat the cooking oil, take 1 tablespoon of the vegetable dough.
3. Pour to the side of the frying pan, pour hot oil slowly, lower the dough.
4. Fry until golden brown on medium heat.
5. Remove and serve with chili sauce.
