Kentang, potong -potong

– Susu cair

– Telur

– Tepung terigu

– Garam

– Merica

– Bubuk kaldu

– Bubuk paprika

– Bubuk bawang putih

– Parsley kering buat taburan kalau suka

Cara membuat:

1. Campurkan telur dan susu, aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.

2. Campurkan tepung terigu, garam, merica, bubuk kaldu, bubuk paprika dan bubuk bawang putih. Sisihkan.

3. Celupkan beberapa kentang ke dalam campuran susu dan telur. Lalu masukkan ke dalam adonan tepung.

4. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu goreng kentang hingga matang.

5. Angkat, taburi parsley kering dan sajikan.

Tofu Crispy

Materials:

– 10 pieces of tofu, divided by 2

– 50 gr wheat flour

– 1/4 – 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1 tsp salt

– 2 tsp broth powder

– 250-300 ml of water

– The oil for frying

How to make:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, tapioca flour, salt, powdered broth, baking powder and water. Stir well.

2. Put the tofu into the dough. Heat the oil, then fry the tofu until dry and fluffy.

3. Use high heat when frying, make sure the oil is hot.

4. If the tofu has risen, pour the dough, after the dough is dry then pour the dough into the pan again, do it 2 times.

5. Remove and serve.
